Overview

The JTQZ-300-1 pneumatic water well drill rig is built for deep groundwater  drilling up to 300 m in sand, gravel and hard rock. With an 85 kW engine,  18 t lifting force and support for hole diameters up to 325 mm, it fits  large-scale agricultural irrigation, municipal water supply, remote industrial  projects and deep monitoring wells.

1. Reaches 300 m Depth

An 85 kW engine works with 1.7-3.0 MPa air pressure and 17-36 m³/min air  consumption to support deep drilling to 300 m. This output gives the rig the  pneumatic energy needed for groundwater projects in sand, gravel and hard  rock formations.

2. Up to 325 mm Holes

The 140-325 mm drilling range covers deep irrigation wells, municipal supply  wells, industrial water boreholes and monitoring holes in one machine.  Compatible 76 mm and 89 mm drill pipe diameters let crews adjust the drill  string to site conditions without changing rigs.

3. 18 t Lifting Force

With 18 t rig lifting force and 22 m/min rapid rise speed, the JTQZ-300-1  pulls heavy drill strings efficiently on deep holes. That helps reduce stuck  pipe delays and shortens retrieval time between drilling stages.

4. Built for Slopes

A crawler chassis with 30° climbing ability, 2.5 km/h travel speed and 1.4 m  high-leg stroke keeps the rig stable on uneven ground. The 6.8 t operating  weight also supports steadier deep-hole work on rough outdoor sites.

5. Fast Rod Setup

A 3.3 m single push length and support for 1.5 m, 2.0 m and 3.0 m drill pipes  reduce rod handling interruptions. Combined with 40-70 rpm rotation speed,  the rig is set up to keep drilling cycles moving on large deep-well jobs.
