Overview

The JTQZ-800 pneumatic water well drill rig is built for 800 m ultra-deep  drilling in deep water wells, hydrological exploration, geothermal projects  and industrial water supply work. With a 153 kW engine, 30 t lifting force,  a 140-400 mm hole range and 1.7-3.5 MPa working pressure, it is designed for  larger boreholes, heavier drill strings and deeper drilling work where smaller  rigs can lose speed and lifting margin.

1. Reaches 800 m Depth

With 1.7-3.5 MPa working pressure, 17-42 m³/min air consumption and a 153 kW  engine, the JTQZ-800 is equipped for drilling depths up to 800 m. This gives  it the air output and engine reserve needed for longer boreholes in demanding  deep-well and exploration projects.

2. Up to 400 mm Holes

A 140-400 mm hole range allows the rig to cover both standard deep wells and  larger-diameter boreholes that need wider casing. That gives contractors more  flexibility when a project calls for both depth and finished well capacity.

3. 30 t Pullback Power

The 30 t lifting force supports heavier drill strings and gives the rig more  margin when pulling tools and pipe from deep holes. That extra pullback helps  improve control and confidence on 800 m class drilling jobs.

4. 153 kW Heavy Drive

A 153 kW power unit gives the JTQZ-800 the strongest engine output in this  series so far. It is set up for high-load drilling where deeper holes, wider  diameters and longer working cycles demand stronger and steadier power.

5. Fewer Rod Changes

With a 6.6 m single push length and drill pipe options up to 6.0 m, the  JTQZ-800 can reduce the number of rod additions during deep drilling work.  That helps save handling time and keeps long-hole operations moving more  efficiently.
