Overview

The JTQZ-500 pneumatic water well drill rig is built for 500 m ultra-deep  drilling in domestic water supply, agricultural irrigation, geothermal wells  and industrial water projects. With a 118 kW engine, 26 t lifting force,  1.7-3.5 MPa working pressure and air consumption up to 42 m³/min, it is  designed for deeper boreholes, larger drill pipes and tougher ground  conditions where lighter rigs lose efficiency.

1. Reaches 500 m Depth

With 1.7-3.5 MPa working pressure, 17-42 m³/min air consumption and a 118 kW  engine, the JTQZ-500 is equipped for water well drilling to 500 m. That gives  it the pneumatic output and engine reserve needed for deeper boreholes in hard  rock, gravel and mixed ground conditions.

2. 26 t Pullback Power

A 26 t lifting force gives the rig stronger pullback capacity than the smaller  models in the series, helping crews handle heavier drill strings at greater  depth. This matters when retrieval speed and control become critical on deep  well projects.

3. 118 kW Heavy Drive

The 118 kW power unit gives the JTQZ-500 a clear step up for heavy-duty deep  drilling work. Paired with a 45-130 rpm rotation range, it gives operators a  workable speed window for both broken formations and harder rock layers.

4. Bigger Drill Pipe

Drill pipe diameters of 102 mm, 108 mm and 114 mm support larger and heavier  drill strings than the earlier models. Combined with a 140-325 mm hole range,  the rig is better suited to high-capacity water wells and more demanding deep  drilling applications.

5. Fewer Rod Changes

A 6.6 m single push length plus drill pipe options from 1.5 m to 6.0 m reduce  the number of rod additions during long-hole drilling. Fewer rod changes help  save handling time and keep productivity steadier on 500 m class projects.
